Make your own THOR: RAGNAROK Mjolnir Candy Apples Recipe:

Ingredient List:

6 Granny Smith Apples
6 Apple Sticks
24 oz. White Meltable Candy Wafers
3 oz. Black Meltable Candy Wafers
3 oz. Green Meltable Candy Wafers
5 oz. Gray Icing


  1. Cut the apples into rectangles.
  2. Insert apple stick into the middle of each apple.
  3. Place the apple into the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  4. Microwave the meltable candy wafers and shortening together until melted and smooth.
  5. Remove apples from the freezer and dip them into the melted meltable candy wafers.
  6. Shake off the excess meltable candy wafers and place onto a sheet of parchment paper.
  7. Place into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  8. Decorate the sides of Thor’s hammer with icing.

StarKist Tuna Creations Hot Buffalo Sweet Potato Toast Recipe

Whip up a batch (or three) of StarKist Tuna Creations Hot Buffalo Sweet Potato Toast for the next game of get-together, and kick up the fun a notch or two!

Hot Buffalo Sweet Potato Toast

2 pouches (2.6 oz. each) Tuna Creations® BOLD, Hot Buffalo Style

1 sweet potato sliced into ¼ inch slices (short end)

2 Tbsp. dice red onion

1 Tbsp. chopped scallion (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.  (This works best with small round slices)
  2. Spray cookie sheet lightly with cooking spray
  3. Slice sweet potato into ¼ inch slices (Lengthwise or small rounds) and place on cookie sheet.
  4. Place in oven and bake until browned.  Flip slices and brown on the other side.  (If not browned, turn on broiler and broil for 2 – 3 minutes on each side)
  5. Meanwhile, place Tuna Creations in a small bowl and mix in diced onion.
  6. Place sweet potato rounds on a platter.  Top with 1 Tbsp. tuna mixture and garnish with chopped scallions if desired.

Makes: 16 small sweet potato rounds or 8 large slices

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes (in oven)

Alternate cooking directions:

If making lengthwise sweet potato toasts, cut into ¼ inch slices and place it toaster.  Toast until browned on both sides. This may take a couple of rotations in the toaster.  Place on platter and top with 2 – 3 Tbsp. tuna mixture.

StarKist Tuna Creations Kale and Quinoa Tuna Salad Recipe

Kale and Quinoa Tuna Salad


1 2.6 oz. pouch StarKist Tuna Creations®, Lemon Dill (or try the Ranch flavor for a different twist)

1-½ cups ribbon cut baby kale leaves

¼ cup cooked quinoa

¼ cup diced red pepper

Dijon Vinaigrette:

1 Tbsp. canola oil

1 tsp. Dijon mustard

2 tsp. white wine vinegar


  1. Toss kale with quinoa and red peppers and place on plate.  Flake Tuna Creations and place on top of the salad.
  2. In a small bowl whisk the canola oil, mustard and vinegar until combined.  Drizzle over the salad.

Servings: 1
